OVERVIEW
At Bumpella, we are committed to providing high-quality maternity apparel and a smooth customer experience. Due to the limited-inventory and made-to-order nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in this policy.
By placing an order with Bumpella, you agree to the terms outlined below.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference
• Normal variations in fit, fabric feel, stitching, or color appearance
• Orders where the customer failed to review the size chart before purchase
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information prior to placing an order.
Due to variations in body shape, fit preference, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batches, slight differences in appearance or fit may occur and are not considered defects.

ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
We may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund at our discretion in the following situations:

The item received significantly differs from the product description
Approved resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

CLAIM WINDOW
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for resolution.

• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Photos of the original packaging
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be declined.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Approved claims generally do not require the item to be physically returned.
In certain situations, Bumpella may request additional verification before approving a resolution.

LOST OR DELIVERY-RELATED ISSUES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Bumpella is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. Customers experiencing delivery-related issues must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

ABUSE, FRAUD & POLICY MISUSE
We reserve the right to deny claims, restrict future purchases, or refuse service in cases involving:
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Repeated abusive claims
• Chargeback abuse
• False defect reports
• Attempts to exploit this policy
Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment providers or relevant authorities where appropriate.
