Bumpella operates this website and online store to offer maternity apparel to customers located in the United States. Our products include maternity clothing such as dresses, pants, jumpsuits and related apparel items.

This website and store are powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to operate our online store. However, Bumpella / Ether Sign Ltd is the seller of record for purchases made through this website.

SECTION 9 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DELAYS

Bumpella currently ships to customers located in the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

After processing, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, logistics disruptions, weather, address issues, high order volume, public holidays or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the estimated processing timeframe, we will take reasonable steps to notify you with an updated estimate where possible.

If your order has not yet shipped and you do not wish to wait, you may request cancellation and a refund for the unshipped order.

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier and tracking shows that it is in transit, delivery delays caused by the carrier or logistics network do not automatically qualify for cancellation.

However, Bumpella remains your point of contact for delivery-related concerns.
